Sarah found me the perfect house, in the perfect neighborhood. She submitted my offer and counteroffer, and expertly negotiated the not-insignificant repair contingencies. I was kept informed at all times, and she was always available to me. Sarah had an excellent list of contacts for inspections, bids and repairs, even moving companies, and made all the arrangements for the work to be done. They were all very professional, and did quality work for a reasonable price. Sarah also kept in touch with my lender and title company, keeping me informed of the progress at all times. The purchase closed in September 2018.

Working with Sarah was such a breeze I couldn't imagine listing my old house with anyone else.
